I am Deepak Nagarajan, an Industrial Operations & Supply Chain Advisor with nearly 20 years of international experience across automotive manufacturing, contract logistics, warehouse operations, digital manufacturing, and business transformation.
My career has been built on hands-on execution, from greenfield manufacturing projects and production ramp-ups to supply chain optimization, warehouse process design, WMS implementation, automation, quality improvement, and operational excellence. I have worked across India, the UK, Germany, and Europe with global organizations including Hyundai, Renault-Nissan, Nissan Technical Centre Europe, and Kuehne+Nagel.
I help businesses transform complex operational challenges into practical, measurable outcomes. My consulting approach combines deep shopfloor and warehouse experience with strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, digital tools, and strong project governance. I focus on improving productivity, cost efficiency, process flow, quality, compliance, and scalability.
My core expertise includes manufacturing engineering, greenfield and brownfield operations, warehouse layout planning, material flow optimization, supply chain digitalization, WMS/ERP integration, Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and operational performance improvement.
